1. Consistency - the prerequisite for all the other components.

2. Nutrition - presented in a simple to follow format; no gimmicks just facts.

3. Strength Training - the most important element for long term weight management and daily activities.  

 4 Cardio Fitness -  necessary for heart and lung health; over emphasized by most for long term weight management.                      

Without practicing all four elements of fitness your program is doomed to failure. Whether YOUR goal is weight management, body shaping, strength training, general fitness or quality of life improvement; I can develop a program to meet your needs.
